Dan Ciccone

Dan Ciccone has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dan began their career in 2000 as a Technical Support LV2 at DSL.net, where they provided nationwide support for DSL connections and worked with telephone companies to test phone line errors. Dan also configured and maintained routers for network access. From 2003 to 2008, Dan worked as a Shipping Coordinator at Cyber Research. Dan then joined PeriShip as a Supply Chain Coordinator from 2010 to 2011. Following this, Dan became a student at Porter and Chester Institute from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Dan has been working at Datto, initially as a Senior Solutions Engineer, running interactive product demonstrations, assisting channel partners with installations, and answering technical questions for the sales team. Dan currently holds the position of Principal Solutions Engineer at Datto.

Dan Ciccone completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Rhode Island between 2000 and 2004. Dan later pursued a Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology program at the Porter and Chester Institute of Branford from 2011 to 2012. In addition, Dan has obtained certifications such as the Unitrends Certified Administrator Program from Kaseya in 2023 and the Microsoft A+ certification from CompTIA.
