Imran Kadri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Account Management for EMEA & APAC at Datto since May 2018, Imran oversees a team focused on international client relations. Previous roles at Datto include managing Customer Success Engineering and Partner Success, where responsibilities involved developing strategies to minimize churn and enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to Datto, Imran was a Senior Account Executive at Autotask Corporation, recognized as a Presidents Club member in 2016 and 2017. Imran’s earlier career included positions at Nordea and Just SEO, contributing to a diverse skill set. Imran holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from the University of Leeds.
