Kelly Mendes Nunes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly started their career at AudioMonitor in 2014 as an Operations Assistant, where they performed tasks related to data organization, system audits, customer support, and general administration. In 2017, they joined Pontta Tecnologia as a Junior Analyst for a year, gaining experience in data analysis. In 2019, they joined Mercado Eletrônico as a Presales Analytics, responsible for demonstrating software to the purchasing department and preparing technical and commercial proposals. Kelly also worked as an Inside Sales representative, selling SaaS/PaaS solutions and maintaining customer relationships. In 2019, Kelly attended Centro Universitário Senac again, this time for a short-term program called Extensão Universitária em Gerência de Projetos – Gestão de Qualidade, specializing in Gestão de Projetos. This program lasted for one year.
In 2020, they further expanded their knowledge by enrolling in a program at REEV, where they focused on Outbound Marketing & Sales, with a particular emphasis on Vendas, Merchandising e Marketing. Kelly completed this program within the same year.

In 2021, Kelly returned to Centro Universitário Senac for two different courses. Firstly, they completed a Curso on Técnicas Campeãs de Vendas, which further developed their expertise in sales techniques. Additionally, they enrolled in a Curso Técnico Integrado in Gestão de Risco e Compliance, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of risk management and compliance.
