Marjolein Bakker

Marjolein Bakker possesses extensive experience in compliance and executive assistance, currently serving as the Compliance Executive Assistant to the CEO and the President of the Board at Datwyler Group since August 2017. Previously, Marjolein held pivotal roles at Monsanto International Sarl from 2006 to 2017, where responsibilities included the development of a unified Compliance Training Day for over 100 sites in EMEA and the integration of FCPA processes into SAP. Marjolein's earlier experience at Monsanto Agriculture France SAS and Monsanto Europe S.A. involved coordinating complex projects, managing executive calendars, and preparing in-depth briefs for executive teams.
