Neerav Shah

Neerav Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Neerav has been working as a Principal, Product Management at Daugherty Business Solutions since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect at Ingram Micro ITAD from March 2014 to August 2017, where they were responsible for managing and mentoring onsite and offshore Product Owners and scrum teams. Neerav also collaborated with stakeholders to define the product vision, created product roadmaps, and prioritized user stories. Before joining Ingram Micro ITAD, Neerav held various roles at Apto Solutions, including Director of Application Development, IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Financial Controller.

Neerav Shah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) and Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which was completed between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1997 and 2000. Neerav also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same university, obtained between 1994 and 1997.

Additionally, Neerav has obtained several certifications including the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in 2020, the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, the Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2017, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in 2016.
