Charles Karvelas

Charles Karvelas holds the position of Vice President of Staffing at Dauntless Discovery since March 2024, after previously serving in the same role from July 2018 to April 2023. In this capacity, Karvelas is responsible for all recruiting and staffing at the cutting-edge eDiscovery company. Prior to joining Dauntless Discovery, Karvelas worked as a Senior Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, focusing on recruiting lawyers for top law firms and corporations in the Northeast. Additionally, Karvelas was a Partner at SRA-USA, where responsibilities included identifying and recruiting associate and partner-level attorneys, as well as counseling candidates through the hiring process. Karvelas earned a JD from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a BA in History from UMass Boston.
