Emily Pennington

Emily Pennington is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in legal and human resources roles. Currently serving as an FMLA Claims Specialist at ComPsych since March 2021, Emily supports a leading provider of employee assistance programs. As a Data Breach Document Reviewer at Dauntless Discovery since February 2020, responsibilities include identifying protected information in documents impacted by data breaches. Previous positions include a legal associate intern at Anthem, Inc., where research on multistate regulations was conducted, and legal associate at the City of Cincinnati’s Water Works Department, focusing on policy drafting and contract preparation.
