Henri Buenen

Henri Buenen is a seasoned executive in the energy sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at Neks Energy since February 2022, Henri is involved in the development of a significant combined cycle gas turbine power plant in Uzbekistan. Additionally, Henri has held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Luminus since January 2003, overseeing customer strategy in decarbonation and energy solutions. Other notable roles include leadership positions at Luminus Solutions, Bolt Energie, Dauvister, NEWELEC, ATS NV, and a previous tenure as Managing Director of Essent Belgium. Henri holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
