Gopi Krishna Kuchimanchi

Gopi Krishna Kuchimanchi has a diverse work experience spanning several different companies and roles.

Gopi Krishna began their career in 2002 as a Research Assistant at Louisiana Tech University, where they worked until 2005. During this time, they published several research papers.

In 2005, Gopi joined JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. as a Java/J2EE Developer and worked there until 2007.

From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., starting as a Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Software Architect.

In 2013, Gopi joined Lending Club as a Principal Engineer, and later took on roles as a Software Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineering Manager until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Software Engineering at Flexport.

Currently, Gopi is the Director Of Engineering at Dave, where they have been since 2021. Gopi Krishna is also slated to become the VP of Technology.

Gopi Krishna Kuchimanchi completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University, from 2002 to 2005. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNRVJIET), from 1998 to 2002. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Nagarjuna High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Gopi Krishna Kuchimanchi holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from ScrumAlliance.
