Evan Brigham Pe

Evan Brigham, PE, currently serves as the Roadway Design Manager at DAVENPORT since January 2023, overseeing various roadway projects, including those for NCDOT and municipal enhancements. Prior experience includes a role as a Transportation Engineer at RS&H from May 2017 to December 2022, where roadway designs were developed for high-comfort bikeways and ADA-compliant facilities. Evan's earlier positions involved traffic operations and roadway improvement evaluations at firms such as HNTB and Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc., with initial experience as an Engineering Intern at VHB. Educational credentials include a Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
