Carina Gosling

Carina Gosling is an experienced professional in personnel development, currently serving as a Personalentwicklerin at davero dialog GmbH since December 2020. Prior to this role, Carina worked as an external consultant in personnel development at HUK-COBURG and held internship positions focused on employee and leadership development. Academic experience includes serving as a research assistant at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg on the "CoachNet" project, which explored individualized coaching and networking in the fields of computer science and employment. Carina holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Sociology from the same institution.
