Nicolette Hartman

Nicolette is a Partner in Daversa’s NYC office and is one of the leaders of Daversa’s Consumer practice.

Being a New Yorker, it didn’t take long for Nicolette to figure out that hard work combined with a fast pace is what it takes to become a relentless headhunter. She earned her reputation by operating with a level of urgency and thoroughness that delivers game-changing talent with aggressive speed. Nicolette has spent the past decade building executive teams for some of the most disruptive consumer and healthcare start-ups across the globe.

She has recently built out the VP & C-level leadership teams at Peloton, Warby Parker, FIGS, Wildlife Studios, Tend, Clover Health, Lola, Athletic Brewing, Honor, Houzz, BARK, Kodiak Cakes, Cerebelly and others. Nicolette has been recognized for the work she has done for top VC and Private Equity firms such as Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, Tiger Global, Accel and Greenoaks Capital.

Nicolette graduated from the University of Connecticut with degrees in Communications and Journalism. She lives in New York City with her fiancé Logan and French Bulldog, Ernie.
