Stuart Hall

Stuart Hall has extensive experience in finance and management. Stuart is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at David C Cook. Prior to this role, they worked as the Managing Partner at Stuart Hall P. Consulting.

Stuart's previous experience includes working at RailPros Parent, LLC as Treasurer/CFO/Secretary, where they led financial planning and management for the company. Stuart also supervised a 25-member department and oversaw legal work.

Stuart has also held positions at Haag Engineering as Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer, RLS Legal Solutions as Chief Accounting Officer, Colorbok, inc. as CFO, and Statprobe, inc. as CFO. In these roles, Stuart played a key role in driving financial growth and increasing shareholder value through strategic planning and execution.

Throughout their career, Stuart has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, HR, IT, cash management, and M&A operations. Stuart has a track record of positioning companies for growth and acquisition, implementing effective financial turnaround plans, and improving financial and operational performance.

Stuart Hall has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Virginia Tech. Stuart also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University with a specialization in Accounting. In addition to their educational qualifications, Stuart has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the AICPA, and a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors from NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors).
