Damon Watts

Damon Watts serves as the Executive Director and Head of ESG Initiatives at The Watts Foundation Inc, focusing on improving the quality of life in underserved communities through access to essential resources and educational opportunities. In addition, Damon holds the position of Vice President of Investment at David Lerner Associates, Inc. and is the Writer, Creative Director, and Founder of Donatus Enterprises, which produces inspirational content across various fields. As a co-founder of Democratic-Republicans (2.0), Damon advocates for progressive values and the importance of education and service. Damon has experience as an Actor Model with The Helen Wells Agency and has held various roles at North Broward Preparatory School, supporting student life and personal growth. Educational credentials include an anticipated MBA from Valar Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Barry University, and ongoing studies in Climate and Society at the University of Miami, alongside a JD in Environmental Law and Business Compliance.
