Jake Charles

Jake Charles is a personal trainer with extensive experience in professional football. Currently employed at David Lloyd Clubs since August 2021, Jake also plays for Stafford Rangers in the Northern Premier League. Previously, Jake played for several clubs, including Farsley Celtic in the National League North and had notable tenures at Stalybridge Celtic and Barnsley FC. Throughout a career that began at Huddersfield Town's academy, Jake represented the Wales national teams at various youth levels, participating in competitions across Europe. Jake holds qualifications as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer from Origym and has furthered education at The Open University and Garforth Academy.
