Richard Beltrán

Richard Beltrán has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Richard started their career at Marler & Marler as a Lettings Negotiator in 1997. Richard then worked as a Negotiator at Lurot Brand in 2001. In the same year, they also became an Assistant Manager at Faron Sutaria.

In 2002, they joined John D Wood & Co. as a Lettings Manager before transitioning to the role of E-Commerce and IT Strategy Manager in 2004.

After that, they served as a Senior Lettings Manager at Chancellors from 2006 to 2008. At CityWest Homes, they made significant contributions as the Head of Lettings, setting up the UK's first residential lettings agency owned by a local authority and achieving full Licensed and Bonded member status of ARLA within three months.
