Richard Beltrán has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Richard started their career at Marler & Marler as a Lettings Negotiator in 1997. Richard then worked as a Negotiator at Lurot Brand in 2001. In the same year, they also became an Assistant Manager at Faron Sutaria.
In 2002, they joined John D Wood & Co. as a Lettings Manager before transitioning to the role of E-Commerce and IT Strategy Manager in 2004.
After that, they served as a Senior Lettings Manager at Chancellors from 2006 to 2008.
