Georgia O’Brien

Georgia O'Brien has a diverse work experience. Georgia is currently working at David Ross Education Trust as the Head of Netball, Sport Enrichment Coordinator, and Teacher of PE since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Netball and Sports Enrichment Officer at the same organization from October 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining David Ross Education Trust, Georgia worked as a Store Assistant at Asda from October 2016 to October 2022. Georgia also worked as a Cover Supervisor at Hays from June 2021 to November 2021.

In terms of their educational background, Georgia worked as a Student Ambassador at Sheffield Hallam University from September 2018 to June 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as a Tours and Activities Leader at Independent Schools Cultural Alliance in July 2019.

During their summer breaks, Georgia worked as an Assistant Outdoor Instructor at Capital Camps in June to August 2018, and as an Outdoor Instructor at the same organization from June 2016 to August 2017.

Lastly, Georgia worked as a Dining Hall Assistant at Loughborough University from August 2014 to August 2015.

Georgia O'Brien's education history begins in 2008 when they attended De Lisle College and completed their GCSE and A Level studies. After completing their A Levels, they went on to attend York St. John University in 2015 and obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Graphic Design in 2016. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and School Sport at Sheffield Hallam University from 2017 to 2020. Finally, in 2020-2021, they attended Sheffield Hallam University again and completed a PGCE in Secondary Physical Education with EBaccalaureate.
