Dana Barnes

Dana Barnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in luxury retail management, currently serving as the Senior Client Experience Manager at Perennials and Sutherland LLC since November 2019. In this role, Dana oversees hiring, training, and performance for a sales support team, while developing strategies for enhancing the luxury client experience across 38 showrooms. Prior to this, Dana held various leadership positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, including Selling Director for Handbags and Evening Wear, where responsibilities included driving sales and client relationships for high-volume departments. Additionally, Dana's experience at Bloomingdale's and Dillard's Inc. involved managing substantial sales teams and launching luxury concessions. Dana earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
