Alison Graham is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in leading transformative change across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Davidson Chalmers Stewart LLP since November 2016, Alison has previously held key positions including Business Change Consultant at HEINEKEN, where a significant change programme improved operational efficiency, and Capital Appeal Director at PPWH, successfully driving a £21 million fundraising campaign for a new hospice in Glasgow. As the Head of New Business at Sightsavers, Alison established a new business unit and secured multi-million-pound funding aimed at preventing blindness in the Commonwealth. With a strong background in luxury brand management, Alison’s experience includes strategic roles at Maxxium and Highland Distillers, where brand development and profitability were significantly enhanced. Alison holds an MA (Hons) in Management and German from the University of St Andrews and various marketing qualifications, including a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
