Emma Gammell

Emma Gammell is an experienced professional in employee engagement and communications, currently serving as an Employee Engagement & Experience Associate at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since September 2021. Responsibilities include leading global employee engagement communications, managing talent development programs, and overseeing philanthropic engagement initiatives. Previously, Emma held roles as a Communications Specialist for the Public Schools of Brookline and as an Academic Coach at Horizon Educational Consulting. Additional experience includes serving as a Volunteer Outreach Coordinator for AmeriCorps and intern roles in public relations and global payments at various organizations. Emma Gammell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Culture from Fordham University and has also studied at the University of Wollongong.
