Lauren Papa

Lauren Papa has a strong background in human resources and benefits management. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Head of Benefits and HRIS at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where they have played a crucial role in elevating the use of Workday as a reliable source of HR information across the entire organization. Prior to their current role, they worked at Liquidnet as the Global Benefits/HRIS Manager, where they were responsible for designing and implementing competitive benefit programs and managing the Workday system. Lauren also has experience as a Benefits Manager at The Leona M and Harry B Helmsley Charitable Trust, as well as Associate Vice President, Benefits Manager - Americas at Christie's Inc. Lauren began their career as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank and previously worked as a Human Resource Associate at Tradition North America Inc. Lauren has a proven track record of successfully implementing HRIS systems and managing benefit programs.
