Michael Toole

Michael Toole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of engineering, networking, and infrastructure. Currently serving as an Analyst VI at Phased n Research, Inc. since May 2024, Michael has also held the position of Sr. Network/Infrastructure Engineer Scientist at Davidson Technologies Inc. since May 2021, where leadership responsibilities encompass all aspects of the infrastructure and networking environment. Prior to this, Michael spent over two decades at Northrop Grumman, progressing to the role of Program Manager, where the design and implementation of a virtual data-center program for the southeast were significant contributions.
