Nicola Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client care and office management across various industries. Starting as a Group Reservations Manager at Champneys Health Resorts from May 2000 to March 2003, Nicola developed a centralized reservations department. Following this role, Nicola served as Revenue Manager at Down Hall Country House Hotel, Deputy General/Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Stevenage, Centre Manager at MWB Business Exchange, and Regional Administration Manager at St. James’s Place Wealth Management.
