Liliya Zhurgabaeva

Liliya Zhurgabaeva currently serves as a Talent Manager at DAVIGOLD, a position held since January 2022, where responsibilities include recruiting new talents such as developers, project managers, and sales executives to support the company's rapid growth, as well as implementing the HR strategy focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) priorities and defining team incentives and bonus policies.
