Kristie Hooper Chp

Kristie Hooper started their work experience in 1999 as a floating teller at Glens Falls National Bank. Kristie then worked as a teller and trust admin assistant at Adirondack Trust Company from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Davin Healthcare Workforce Solutions as a nurse & allied health talent acquisition team lead. In 2006, they took on various roles at State Farm Insurance including agency career track assistant, recruiting assistant, and finance assistant. From 2008 to 2015, they served as an agency recruiting coordinator at State Farm Insurance, where they were involved in attracting and recruiting professionals, developing virtual sales sessions, and sourcing quality candidates. From 2015 onwards, they held the position of lead healthcare recruiter at Davin Healthcare, where they helped deliver quality care by recruiting dedicated nurses for per diem, contract, and travel opportunities all over the county.

Kristie Hooper CHP,CIR attended SGF High School and obtained a Diploma in 1998. Kristie then pursued a Business degree at SUNY Empire State College until 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have earned several certifications. These include being a Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in 2016, an Associate in Insurance Services from The Institutes in 2013, a Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS in 2011, and a Certificate in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America in 2009.
