Casey Sarno

Casey Sarno is an experienced sales manager and event coordinator with a rich background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sales Manager and Manager at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse since June 2014, Casey oversees a team of 80, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and maintains effective social media marketing. Previously, Casey worked at The Brookside Club as an Event Manager and Wedding Coordinator, where responsibilities included planning private events, maintaining vendor communication, and managing staff. With experience in various roles at Davio's, including Lead Hostess and Food Runner, and in earlier positions at Cosi, Casey has developed exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
