Ihab Barqawi

Ihab Barqawi is an experienced mechanical engineer with a focus on HVAC design and load calculation. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at DAVIS AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING, INC since February 2022, Ihab prepares residential HVAC designs according to ACCA standards. Previously, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Well Tech Electro Mechanical, responsibilities included HVAC design for commercial and high-rise residential buildings, utilizing HAP and Trane Trace 700 for load calculations. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer at Commodore Contracting and Technical Engineer at Trans Emirates Electrical & Mechanical Works, where Ihab managed mechanical work execution and design reviews. Ihab's early career includes site engineer duties at Diab Contracting Co. Ihab holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Damascus University and a Certificate of Achievement in Green Buildings from Energy University.
