Shawn Garrett

Shawn Garrett has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Shawn began their career in 1998 as a Fire Team Leader and Armory Custodian for the United States Marine Corps. From 2002 to 2005, they served as an Assistant Instructor and later became a Platoon Sergeant from 2005 to 2009. Shawn then took on the role of Company Gunny and Wounded Warrior Bn West Det Hawaii from 2009 to 2011. Following their time in the Marine Corps, Shawn joined COmputing TechnologieS, Inc. in 2011 as a Course Director until 2013. In 2013, they joined Davis Defense Group, Inc./Published Author at Zharmae Publishing Press LLC where they successfully launched the Corporals Course and coordinated with other subject matter experts for Enlisted Professional Military Education support.
