Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in personal injury litigation, insurance claims, and claims management. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Davis Law Firm since February 2015, Stephen Smith previously held the position of Attorney Manager at Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, overseeing litigation attorneys from January 2013 to March 2015. Stephen Smith operated a personal law practice from November 2004 to January 2013, specializing in various areas including expert witness insurance claims practices and criminal defense. Earlier in the career, Stephen Smith managed casualty claims for Texas as Claims Director at Nationwide Insurance and held leadership roles in claims management at USAA and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
