Nick Johnson

Nick Johnson is an Associate Attorney at Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, PLLC, in the litigation department since October 2022. Previously, Nick held the position of Associate Attorney at Schmitt Schneck Even & Williams, P.C., and served as a Law Clerk. Nick also completed summer externships at the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office, where responsibilities included preparing internal legal memos and drafting motions. Earlier experience includes intern roles at Wheaton College, managing student workers and maintaining the athletics webpage. Nick holds a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics from Wheaton College.
