Kayla Ferguson

Kayla Ferguson is an accomplished Grant/Senior Program Manager at the Davis Phinney Foundation, where significant achievements include the creation and scaling of the foundation's first national community grant program, which has raised nearly $750,000 to assist marginalized groups impacted by Parkinson's disease. Ferguson has successfully built partnerships with over 10 community organizations and has revamped the Foundation's Quality of Life research grant program, dispersing nearly $1,000,000 to advance critical research. Additional leadership roles include serving as a Board Member for the Sun Valley Kitchen + Community Center, a Founding Member of Women In Sustainability, and Organizer of The Same Plate, a cultural food exploration group. Previous experience spans various roles in sustainability consulting, content writing, and creative consulting, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Creative Writing, and Multimedia Design from Pepperdine University.
