Timothy Moriarty

Timothy Moriarty is a distinguished partner and chair of the Business Litigation and Business Law Department at Davison·Eastman·Muñoz·Paone, P.A. since November 2020, with extensive experience in commercial litigation and trial law at both state and federal levels. With a strong focus on labor and employment litigation, Timothy has dealt with various legal matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, and complex commercial disputes. Prior to this role, Timothy was a partner at Moriarty Law Firm, recognized for tenacity and sound judgment, and previously held positions at Bubb, Grogan & Cocca, LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP, and Coughlin Duffy LLP, where skills in litigation, insurance coverage, and regulatory compliance were further developed.
