Arielle Leflar

Arielle Leflar has extensive experience in operations and strategy within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Strategy at DaVita Kidney Care since June 2011. In this role, Arielle leads a large team to facilitate transitions to outpatient dialysis across the eastern United States, emphasizing operational performance through data analysis and key performance indicators. Previous positions at DaVita include Senior Manager and various roles in patient admissions, showcasing a consistent progression in responsibilities. Prior to DaVita, Arielle worked as a Minority Clerk for Montgomery County of Pennsylvania and as a Photographer and Web Advertisement Administrator at Kimbertal Kennels. Arielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Ursinus College and has earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University.
