Erich van Auken

Erich Van Auken is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in VoIP systems and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Lead Collaboration Engineer at DaVita Kidney Care since February 2014, Erich has progressed from an operations role to oversee a Cisco VoIP environment with over 4,000 endpoints and 900 call center agents. Previous roles include IT Support Engineer at LMKR, where responsibilities included Cisco VoIP device support, and Voice/Data Communications Technician at Centura Health, involving the implementation of Cisco VoIP at its first fully Cisco VoIP hospital. Erich has also held various consulting positions focused on telecommunications project management and systems migration, contributing to the transition from Nortel systems to Cisco VoIP at multiple organizations.
