Kellie M. Lange, MBA, currently serves as a Board Member for the Colorado Go Red for Women Campaign with the American Heart Association, advocating for women's health through awareness and fundraising initiatives. At DaVita Kidney Care, Kellie has progressed through various positions since April 2016, culminating in the role of Head of Diversity & Belonging and Talent Management, where responsibilities include overseeing talent management operations and leading efforts to assess, develop, and retain talent grounded in data. Kellie's previous roles include consulting positions focused on improving physician experiences and clinical outcomes, as well as leadership roles in organizational improvement at Denver Water. Additionally, Kellie has been involved with various boards, including the Wonderbound Board of Trustees and the Denver Women on Boards 2020 initiative. Kellie holds a BA in International Affairs and an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of Colorado institutions.
