Michelle Nagy

Michelle Nagy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Channel Operations and Optimization at DaVita Kidney Care since May 2019, Michelle focuses on enhancing the digital employee experience for 65,000 employees, managing a team of data analysts, web managers, and email marketers, while overseeing project management and organizational change. Previously, Michelle held roles as Senior Communications Manager at DaVita Kidney Care, Marketing Project Manager, and Marketing Communications Specialist at Joliet Junior College, and Senior Account Executive at Weber Shandwick, leading impactful campaigns and optimizing communication strategies.
