Chloe Dodson

Together with our Head of Talent Avalon, Chloe is building out Dawn’s talent platform and supporting our portfolio companies with recruitment. Previously, Chloe was a Senior Associate at executive search firm Founders Keepers, where she sourced candidates across a broad range of searches for a variety of functions from CEO to region specific GMs, and before that was at Odgers Berndtson, where she focused on senior appointments in the Education sector.
