Andrew Kyle

Andrew Kyle is a skilled professional with extensive experience in marine ecology and fish health management. Currently serving as a Marine Licensing and Consenting Casework Officer for the Scottish Government's Marine Directorate since April 2024, Andrew has also been with Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd since June 2013, progressing through various roles including Fish Health and Welfare Monitor and Fish Husbandry Technician. Prior experience includes environmental team activities at Balfour Beatty Construction and ornithology at WSP Environment & Energy. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Marine Ecology and Environmental Management from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Glasgow.
