Mathew Laughton

Mathew Laughton has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance management within the aquaculture industry, currently serving as Quality Assurance Compliance Manager at Dawnfresh Farming Ltd and Quality & Compliance Manager at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd since August 2015. In these roles, Mathew has established a Quality Management System for the farming division and ensured adherence to legal compliance standards and accreditations, including Global GAP and various customer standards. Prior to this, Mathew worked as Environmental Project Co-ordinator at The Scottish Salmon Company from August 2010 to August 2015, focusing on research and development for marine aquaculture sites and conducting Environmental Impact Assessments. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of Glasgow, earned in June 2010.
