Soula Tsafaras

Soula Tsafaras, CRHA, has extensive experience in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Coordinator of Human Resources at Dawson College since November 2011, where the primary responsibility is labour relations. Prior to this role, Soula served as the Human Resources Director at Inspec-Sol from January 1998 to November 2011, functioning as a generalist, and previously held the position of Assistant to Comptroller. Soula obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from McGill University, completing studies from 1986 to 1990, and holds a DEC in Social Sciences from Vanier College, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1986.
