Henry Cremisi MD FACP is an accomplished physician and medical leader with extensive experience in nephrology and drug development. Currently serving as the Executive Medical Director, Medical Affairs at Caidya, responsibilities include overseeing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Previously, Henry held senior roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, and Appalachian Regional Healthcare System, exhibiting expertise in medical affairs and leadership. As Chairman and President of LifeScape BioSciences, Henry contributed to developing novel pharmaceutical products. With a robust background in medical education and operational management, Henry has also served on various boards, including as a board member at Daxor Corporation. An alumnus of Tufts University School of Medicine and Emory University School of Medicine, Henry's education is complemented by fellowship training in nephrology and a foundational degree in physiology from McGill University.
