Margaret Cino has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the legal departments of different companies. Margaret is currently serving as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Day One Biopharmaceuticals since July 2023. Before this, they worked at Bristol Myers Squibb from March 2014 to July 2023, where they held the positions of Exec Director / Asst General Counsel, Corporate Governance, Executive Comp and Employee Benefits (from November 2019 to July 2023) and Senior Corporate Counsel (from March 2014 to November 2019).

Margaret Cino holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Goucher College. Margaret then pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Seton Hall University School of Law. Following this, Margaret obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Tax, Benefits, and Fiduciary Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law. Margaret also studied at the University of Exeter, although specific details about their degree are not available.
