Megha Bajpai

Megha Bajpai is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently leading the recruiting function for Dayal Group since February 2014, focusing on aligning recruitment strategies with business leadership to secure diverse talent for competitive advantage. Prior to this role, Megha served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Cummins Inc. from September 2013 to January 2014, contributing to the joint venture of Tata Cummins Limited. Megha is pursuing an Executive Development Program in HRD at XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.
