Andrew Drake

Andrew Drake is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology, currently serving as the Demand Generation and Management Principal at Dayforce since July 2022. With a robust background at ADP spanning nearly nine years, Andrew held various roles including Associate Sales Executive, Senior HCM Sales Manager, and HCM Sales Manager. Previous experience includes teaching in the Allentown School District and sales and project management at Drake Construction. Andrew also undertook substitute teaching roles in various school districts. Educationally, Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wilkes University, earned in May 2009.
