Cheryl Spring has extensive experience in customer support and product management, currently serving as Product Team Lead at Ceridian since December 2000. In this role, Cheryl provides support to US-based accounts, manages critical at-risk Mid Market customers, and is heavily involved in the transition of new accounts to Customer Care. Cheryl excels at proactively developing customer support strategies and recommendations for improvements. Prior to Ceridian, Cheryl worked at ADP Dealer Services from June 1986 to March 2000, where responsibilities included supporting US-based customers in accounting, payroll, and leasing for car dealerships, developing training for internal analysts, and maintaining high resolution rates for customer inquiries. Cheryl is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at Kennesaw State University.
