Erwil H. currently serves as the SVP & COO of Global Customer and Revenue Operations at Dayforce since April 2023. Previously, Erwil H. held various significant roles at SAP from October 2009 to April 2023, including COO of Intelligent Spend Management for North America and Global Vice President - Head of Sales Operations for SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass. Other positions at SAP included Director of Sales Operations for the East region in North America and several leadership roles in Business Operations across Africa, Australia & New Zealand, and Southern Africa. Earlier experience includes participation in Deloitte's Graduate Program from February 2009 to January 2010. Erwil H. holds an advanced diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, and several degrees in Financial Management and Investment Management from the University of Pretoria.
