Gianluca Cairo

Gianluca Cairo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and public sector governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre and Elevate, Gianluca has held significant roles including Vice President of Operations and Strategy for Dayforce since 2019 and Chief of Staff for the Government of Canada's Innovation, Science and Economic Development sector from 2015 to 2019. Previous engagements include leadership positions at ARGUS Software Solutions, Altus Group, and the House of Commons. With a solid academic foundation in Political Science and advanced study in public policy, Gianluca has conducted notable quantitative research in electoral studies, contributing to the understanding of voting behaviors and political support in Canada.
