Janie Rich Millstead

Janie Rich Millstead is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in full life cycle recruiting. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Dayforce since July 2008, following a rebranding from Ceridian, Janie has also held roles as Lead Recruiter and Sr. Recruiter within the same organization. Prior to Dayforce, Janie was a Human Resources Business Partner and Sr. Recruiter at RemX Specialty Staffing from September 2007 to July 2008, and worked as a Market Manager. Earlier professional experience includes a tenure at Enterprise from 1998 to 2007 as Group Recruiting Manager. Janie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University.
