Rob Husband

Rob Husband is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and market development across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Vice President and Market Leader for Dayforce since August 2022, Rob is responsible for revenue generation in Australia and New Zealand. Prior roles include Sales Director at UKG, leading business development across ANZ, Southeast Asia, and Japan, as well as Enterprise Sales Director at Kronos Incorporated, where Rob directed the ANZ Enterprise sales team. Rob spent several years at IBM, holding various leadership positions, including Head of Data & Analytics for Australia and New Zealand and Country Manager for SPSS Software, with a focus on advancing clients' growth through data-driven solutions and emerging technologies. Rob’s career began in sales roles at IBM (UK) Ltd and CWB Systems, emphasizing financial services.
