Mike Decker

Mike Decker is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in strategic management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Daymon since March 2008, Mike oversees a decentralized team of 1,500 employees and is responsible for establishing strategic goals and ensuring the smooth operation of over 500 locations. Previous roles include Key Accounts Manager at Pride Milling Company from March 2003 to April 2008, where accountability for sales and profitability of human consumption and animal feed products was paramount, and Area Manager at Tiger Brands Field Services from September 2001 to March 2002, managing sales operations and a team of 30 merchandisers. Mike holds a Matric from Fish Hoek High and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Institute of Marketing Management.
